Tips to get rid of Oily Skin forever!
Do you have oily skin? Do you want to get rid of washing your face a hundred times in a day ?
Aren't you bored of using beauty products on your face which have caused acne marks or any other skin problem but were useless to make your face a little less oily.Don't worry! Here I am giving you some tips to use in your daily life to help you get rid of oily skin.
1) Wash your face immediately after you wake up in the morning(I personally use clean and clear facewash and it is really very good and refreshing .You can check it out on my other blog )
2)While going out always carry face wipes/oil blotting paper with you.
3)Hanky's aren't a good option to use for wiping the oil off your face so avoid them for this purpose .
4)Here is a face pack you can make at home to avoid secretion of excessive oil from your face. Don't forget that face packs or scrubs are meant to use only once or twice a week.
(1 tsp honey + 1 tbsp grounded sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice - mix them all well and let the mixture sit on your face for 10 mins.. Wipe it clean with a dry towel and tada.. a refreshed and happy skin)
5)Drink a lots and lots of water. (possibly as much as you can )
6) Eating tomatoes just like that also helps reduce oil secretion from your skin because of its cooling and clearing property.
7)Always use a dry cloth while you wash your face.
8)Include food that is rich in protein, in your daily diet.
9) Moisturising your skin more than one time a day may cause more oil secretion so it is better to avoid using face moisturizers very often.
10)Night creams are just an invitation to bring the oil back and let it sit on your face.
11)Also do not forget to wash your face with a light facewash again before sleeping. That will not only help your skin feel refreshed but will also make your skin look less oily when you wake up.
Some facial scrubs :
1)Apply plain yoghurt on your face and leave it like that for atleast 10mins. before washing your face with cold water.
2)Rub cucumber before going to bed for atleast 5 mins. on your face and wash with cold water.
These methods are really good in hydrating your skin and give extremely awesome results.
